BoostAdd provides social media growth services including but not limited to:

• Instagram followers, likes, and engagement
• TikTok views, likes, and followers
• YouTube subscribers, views, and engagement
• Other social media platform growth services

All services are provided in accordance with the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are not available for completed services
• Partial refunds may be issued for services in progress
• Processing fees may apply to refunds

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

In no event shall BoostAdd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BoostAdd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
